1. Introduction
Welcome to Hemshiv Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and e-commerce services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” = Hemshiv Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
“You”, “customer”, “user” = the person using or purchasing through the site.
“Order” = purchase made through our website.
“Goods” = the physical or digital products sold.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (e.g. stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud).
Cancellations: You may cancel an order before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If we cancel for our reason, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All payments must be made in advance using supported payment methods (e.g. UPI, card, Wallet, Net Banking etc.).
Prices are as displayed on the website; we reserve the right to change them anytime.
In case of overpayment, we shall refund the excess amount.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

You may request return/replacement within 7 of delivery, subject to product condition.
Goods must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, invoice, warranty card, etc.
Return shipping cost borne by (you)Customer only.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After approval, we will process the refund within 07 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks, Disputes & Liability

In case of chargebacks by banks or payment provider, we reserve the right to challenge them with evidence (invoices, delivery proof, etc.).
Our total liability is limited to the order value only.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages except as required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is our property or licensed to us.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
